I have asked from drivers on the new policies so here it is
1. CDE exam - passing is 80% . Test is online, no time limit
2. Medical Exam no longer requires drug test
So I registered on LTO online, viewed the 2 2 hour videos and took the exam on Aug 4. passed
on Aug 8, I went to SM City for a medical exam. Went back to SM City LTO for my renewal of license.
IT was a short wait and voila , my license will expire on 2034
