Christmas EVe, Another prayer

 Im feeling better now, I can drink cold drinks but in moderation. Still no ice creams. Christmas eve is still the same, no party but there is food on the table. And my stomach hurts because of the softdrink I drank. Hiyang lang talaga ako sa Coke Zero, everything else hurts my tummy.

I went to the banks in Dec 23 and DEc 23, I was exhausted. By day, its so hot, it doesnt feel like its rainy season.  The Vacay period is long but a lot of work is waiting for me in 2026.

There are emails from  UPSystem, SGV and new UNIFAST asking for reports, its not really easy esp. for the Trust Liabilities since 2021. I have tax and FAR and COA waiting for me in 2026. I feel sad and a bit depressed, I cant even take a relaxing vacay. 

I pray for good health for me and for ka officemates. I pray that they will have a fund Christmas. As for me,  I just want my old body back, no cough and colds

I have fun run  awaiting for me in Jan 4, probably my last. I dont really have the drive anymore esp I get sick after a run. Ikaw na ang bahala Lord. I just want to survive this year end reports

Another prayer

After the Megawear run, I got sick again.  On MOnday Dec 1 2025, I woke up with a runny nose, painful throat and this constant urge to sneeze.

I have so many things to do, plus  the main office keeps asking reports  and deadline is next  week. Mind you, these are not easy reports. On Saturday, I just layed on my bed and stared at nothing.

Lord, Ikaw na ang bahala sa akin. At least naka submit na kami ng COA ng 12 boxes of reports. Well thats something. 

MegaWear Run 2025

 after two failed to attend  fun runs at Robinson's Galleria, I finally did a 5k via Megawear Run.

I  wasnt able to get a taxi right away, im so frustrated with that. It was a  4:15 am gun time. At least I made it 15 minutes before the actual run. Thank God I didnt have problems leaving my bag.

1:06 time for 5k. Not a good time. But Im okey. I was worried because i have this shortness of breath sometimes.  Anyways, no lechon this time, but they provided breakfast. Friend chicken and 2 pork barbecue. small coke and 1 bottled water

 The storms came Tino did minimal damage to our house,  A little water dripped into our house.  NO electricity and water for just a few hours.

Overall, in our area,  Odette did more damage compared to Tino. But in Liloan and Talisay, it resulted in flash floods destroying lives and  property.

with Bagyong Uwan,  it was Signal no. 1 for Cebu.

Im still not completely well. I didnt run in nthe Oct 25 Halloween and Nov 8 run. 

I went to the company's doctor for meds, she gave me two kinds of medicine, I drank all of them already in a span 4 days.

I still have cough but its slowly getting better now. I do feel the laziness, I am behind with work.

Waiting for 2 strong Typhoons, Tino and letter U

 Im still sick since Oct 29. SAme cough and colds and that tired feeling. Last Sunday night, I had difficult sleeping. I could get the correct position to sleep. What ever I do is off

Since we need to pay salaries and prepare for the  BIR remittance, I had to report for office. By 12 noon, all of my staff went home, afraid of the rains and possible strong winds. I had to stay behind.

To rest and work some more. There were still people by past 1pm.   But by 2pm, most of the offices are closed. I was a litte worried, but it was just a little rain. I had difficulty getting a ride home since there's only a few PUJs in the road. Plus Traffic

I dropped by360 Pharmacy to buy extra meds for my cough and colds. Lot of costumers there.

Then by the time I arrived home, I double taped this window in my room. This window was the reason, lots of water entered our house during Typhoon Odette. I couldnt stop the water back then. I Hope the wind will have a different direction.

Help Cebu and other parts of the country by praying, that the storm will weaken and go away quickly without damage

updated 11/5/2025 No work for 2 days.

Our house survived. A little water was able  to enter the house, it was a strong typhoon with rain. Im just glad it was over in about 2 hours. Shoes and some stuff are wet.

IT was about past 4 am that I went downstairs to turn off the refrigerator. I noticed the power turning off and on again.  Thats when I noticed the water on our stairways. I went outside, all the clothes hanged outside were wet, my towel was on the floor. I did all I could to wipe the wet floor, then my cough got worse, bummer.

I  Heard another strong one is coming, Uwan.  lets pray it wont get near Cebu. the province has been damaged so much already.   Its still not back to normal. No power in some parts.

Halloween Run on Oct 24

 I got sick again last Wednesday.  Runny nose and cough. I'm preparing my bag for a run  tomorrow, although I'm still undecided.

I didnt run sa Halloween run. Not meant to be I guess. I prayed and I asked God for a sign. at 2 in the morning, it rained, it was enough for me, though it stopped by 3:00 am. I just couldnt risk it. I got sick 3 days ago.  So  November 8, Power Dash run. Sana matuloy. For now I need to rest and catch up on work

Went to the cemetery to visit dead loved ones. Kalag Kalag 2025 done. On Sunday, it was raining most of the day. Thank God my  visit is done.

I still still get tired easily, I really want to get well again.
