CCM 2018, first 21K done

I'm currently at the office working. I'm still having aches on my body. Anyway, it was a very slow and long and WET  21k for me  but at least I finished.

On the evening of  Jan 13 2018,it was raining till dawn.

When I went out of the house at about past 2:00 a.m. it stopped raining. I took 2 PUJs and a 500 meter walk towards the venue, Thank God.

Then showers started again.  But despite the showers, there were still so many runners. In  21k, there were 2020 runners. I wore my first new shoes, New Balance for this run, since my other old shoes are not in good condition anymore.

I jogged, then walked , the jogged again.  I honestly dont like the new route. May experiences in the past CCM were fun since I loved watching the sceneries.

Anyway, Most of the time, it was raining. Probably it was the last hour when the sun started shining again. I knew I was the last runner of 21k when the marshall on motorbike started following me.  also, my water bottle detached from my fanny pack. Hooo boyyy , got to sew it again. I was rusty, I admit, it has been a year since my last  21k.

I admit, I'm not really keen on running long distances anymore. Happy na ako sa  10k.

I have 3 runs in Feb btw. Good luck body .heheh
