3rd Elizabeth Royal Run 2014

21k  3:17 (note: this is my 15th 21k)

My body wasnt feeling well the past week. Even while running at the oval at Cebu Sports Center, I get tired easily. The same feeling didnt go away when I did the 21k run . The energy drink didnt work. The condition of my body was way lot different when I ran Gaisano Country Mall last month. And to think every week I had 3 runs including LSD to prepare for 42k. I blame the coming of my period. I always get this feeling like I'm going to get sick. Oh well, my time is still okey and I'm not the last runner.

This is Elizabeth hotel's 3rd run but its my first time because for some reason, there are a lot of runs scheduled in November. In fact 3 runs are scheduled on Nov 16. I chose Elizabeth Hotel coz its the nearest. They have the cheapest registration fees, can you imagine, P450 for 21k. They give dog tags to all distances, no distance specified but there is a date.  They also gave a small loot bag containing 2  bottles gatorade, 1 boiled egg, 1 bread and 1 bottle ritemed lagundi
One thing happened in Banawa after the turnaround point, there was a guy involved in a motorcycle accident. He was unconscious and sprawled on the street. He doesnt look good. Also: 2 UPCDR runners also participated. I didnt wait for Urbandub's performance, too tired and hungry.

PS: Please pray for me. I'll be doing 42k this end of Nov. I'm really scared. Im praying for a cool and safe weather and for my safety and hope I wont get lost.
