First thing, I hate exercise. Running is not in my bucket list. I decided to run because of a health scare. After my surgery, I decided to put finishing a 21k in my bucket list which I already did many times. What about 42k, I dont think its doable at the moment, just stick to achievable goals.
I'm not a fast runner or a great runner but i can still give some advice to newbies. If you decide to be a runner, then you must commit. You must have a plan, a strategy that you will stick to. The worst enemy is yourself so prepare to argue with yourself esp. during trainings. You must constantly motivate yourself to getoff that bed and run.
No to Ningas Kugon.
Its normal to have lazy days especially after getting sick or injured or even constant bad weather. Thats why you always plan everything and follow it.
This is my collection of race bibs and finishers medal which I pasted on the wall of my bedroom. Every morning I wake up and before I go to sleep at night, I always look at this wall.
