Update: 2/16/2024: uploaded on BIR site the 7.20 version. Now the encoding begins. Our payroll officer said she will start to work on it on Saturday. (note: Im skeptic she will finish this on 1 day) Lord, I had mass intentions for year completion of year end reports, this report included. Please guide Jenny on what to do. Lord Tabang.

The Bad : the dreaded Annex 4 deadline is on Feb 20 and I have a meeting on Feb 19

PRE Menaupose and perimenopause

I am experiencing changes in my body last year, I guest around Sept or October. Iba iba every month

There's experiencing UTI symptoms. Not able to hold urine, heavy flows, almost no flows

now Im experencing my 8th day monthly period. so by next week, if this doesnt stop, I ll go to the doctor. I will also run 6 k tomorrow so good luck to me

Star of menstruation Dec 29. Heavy flow Jan 7 after 6k fun run. Started medicine and antibiotic Jan 8 2024. On the early morning of Jan 12 2024 2 weeks, weak flow na. It's 11 :30 pm, changed napkin at 6pm. Halos walang dugo na. I had a long walk home pa. Now Josephine is giving me ugat ,(roots) so I'm boilng and drinking it

1/20/2024 update PIt Senyor sa lahat

The ugat is working, I dont know what its called. I boiled it for 15 minutes and drank it, plus I drank the meds prescribed to me. I starting drinking it 4 days after I started my meds. I decided to try it since the menstruation didnt stop after 3 days. I had boiled it twice already. Now Im okey, plus the the urge to stop pissing is gone. So happy for this

Now what to do with my reports. So many things to do, so little time. Plus the stress of moving to another office. Still Im thankful I'm okey. Im still dreadful for the next period.If it comes hayyy buhay Health is wealth talaga.

Im Having a Lazy Sleepy Mode period

So far december isnt so great in my household

first of all during My Mom's 86th birthday on dec 16, I lost my temper when I got home and we got visitors

Before Christmas, my sister seems to be pissed off also with my sister, so on Christmas Eve, we had no visitors, and I purchased 50 pcs pork bbq. Btw, I was given ham at the office which I left overnight at the office outside the freezer

The office was busy, 2 of my staff plans to retire next year. we were given orders to transfer to the new building as of Dec31 2023. Bummer

Now its Dec 30, I got loads to do on the first working day of January. What did I do on a Saturday, sleep, sleep and more sleep. To get rid of this laziness, I forced my lazy ass to get up, dress and do some groceries. Now Im more tired than ever. Hence this post, coz I forced my self to get up and just turn on the pc coz I got loads to me. Lord, ikaw na bahala. Give me strength.

Well, Im feelin like that Last Wednesday, its work related, so I just felt the need to write it down for future reference.

I wasnt the one who filed for the BIR EFPS, it was a staff of mine who died this year. If there are new BIR forms and its available in the EFPS, the employer needs to file for updates in 1905.

So its very very important not to lose the original COR (BIR 2303) coz you need to surrender it.

Requirements for updating 1905

1. Letter of Authorization and copy of ID of person authorized

2. 2 copies original BIR 2305

3. Doc STamps. You can claim same day or you may wait for the new COR

My First time to experience UTI (severe symptoms)

On the 27th of September, I attended a whole day Seminar at Marco Paolo organized by ARTA regarding Ease of Doing business

The night on the same day, while I was doing my usual work, I have this constant need to pee, even if I just peed 10 minutes ago and I didnt drink liquids

My sister noticed my frequest trips to the bathroom. On the Nth time on going down the stairs, I could NOT hold it in, there was urine on my legs and the floor and the stairs...ughhh I didnt drink water, where does this all come from.

So I Have problem of holding the pee. I was reading on UTI online and researcheed on and how to cure it naturally. Yakult, cranberry juice, water, which unfortunately makes me wanna pee. I already purchased a panty/menstruation pads, I tried the adult diapers, but Im having problems taping it together. So I keep peeing on my menstrual pads. I bought a small garbage can and tabo just in case in my room. I also stopped my maintenance for high blood just in case its a side effect.

ON saturday, Sept 30, I had a runny nose, I bought a UTI test kit and it tested positive for UTI.

On MOnday Oct 2, I woke up with a sore throat.

I just felt nothing is working, I just kept on peeing and there is soreness/pain while I peed. So I visited the school doctor and asked for a antibiotic prescription.

I felt a little better on the second day but I had a runny nose and dry cough

This date 10/4/2023 almost 11 pm, I drank my 6th of 12 anibiotic medication. I think Im on my way to recovery. I always had an infection on my findings of my urine test. Im not sexually active, I wiped my butt the correct way. I guess its because I dont drink water much, softdrinks yes, water no.

update: 10/6/2023 I just drank my 10th antibiotic meds. Im feeling much better, only 4 pills to go. I remember last week, Im having problems on wanting to pee all the time. I really hate getting sick. I regret leaving it out long. I sufferred over 4 days before finally seeking assistance from the doctor. I guess the natural way doesnt work for me. Currently working my ass off because i didnt work last weekend..uggghhhh

update 12/15/2023- the feeling always needing to pee comes and goes. Im regularly using napkins every day (3 times day) for sudden spurts of urine that cannot be controlled. My Mom says this could be a symptom of diabetes so Im having my sugar checked. Its a hassle to wear napkins everyday.
