Goodbye NB Shoes

 

I still have more than 1 km left to run, then  the bottom part of the right shoes just detached. What a bummer. The marshalls thought I had injury. I dont have a spare shoe, not even slippers. Still pissed

I  just wanna say, Im fat now, It started after pandemic and I couldnt run as much and there's wasnt any fun runs in Cebu City. I hate exercise, Im lazy. Thats why I registered fun runs coz Im too lazy to run on my own. I havent even swam for week. At least I was able to swim 2 times this year. I have a big belly, I have always had, I hate this part of my body and I dont like picture taking. Oh well, I look for the silver lining always.

Fun run tomorrow july 27. Praying that I get a taxi and for my safety. and a nice weather

A prayer for July

 Praying that I can finish my reports on time. No more addtional reports and meetings please, let me finish my regular reports 

that My mom will be okey.  Hope her skin infections on her toes will be healed

I have 2 runs in July,  Hope the weather will be okey

Hope the July 21 flag ceremony plans will  push thru

I hope I can register  Gaisano metro's Run for Beauty

my mom's skin infections on her feet is doing well. naka kuha ng antibiotic and bought lotions (for itchy skin na expensive) i bandage both toes every night , she has bunion at nagdikit dikit ang toes. need to separate it to prevent friction

July 21 flag ceremony done- there was a drizzle in the beginning,and only 4 of 6 from accounting attended. at least its done
