Welcoming Year 2020, Year of the Metal Rat

Year 2019 is a year  1 staff of the accounting has moved to another office, and I am still in dillema in finding a good replacement. Im soo busy at work, with additioinal  BIR to prepare every month

Year 2019 is still  a year Ive joined fun run, though its lesser compared to 2018.


Year 2020, please be kind to  me. Help me find a good employee, good in numbers, has initiative and common sense and willing to work even with the chrismas break. I also pray for the health of my Mama, and the rest of my family.

Will I still be a fan on 2020? Who knows... Just give me great projects Alden Richards. AFter the gift is over, I want to stay away from TELESERYELandia.

My Legs Are Still Running

There are fewer runs in 2019, but I try to keep on joining. I go lot n 8th Heroes Run and kasama Run btw. I misplaced my Heroes run medal and  I didnt get my Kasama run medal dahil walang tie nakuha. Dumiretso sa Lahug instead of turning right to Banilad...Grrrr no direction signs... bummer

I finally registered for 21K CCM 2020'Initially I was planning to skip in 2020 but lo and behold, they are returning the route to 21k. Sto. Nino really wants me to run. Good luck to my fat body.

My first visit to UP Cebu's guest house. Im here to attend a meeting. Hanapin anh bahay na may glass walls.  Riding the Philcoa to UP, bababa kayo sa PUJ stop near church Pamasahe is P9/ Health Services. Go to the road going to Aglipay child center (pink Building). Go left sa mabini st. hanapin ang HOuse no. 5.

So many changes since Shopping center burned. There is 1 convenience store in Laurel st, then may mga kainan spread around the campus. Kailangan lang mag walking walking and explore. Also take note, Strict na ang airport sa payong, kahit 3 folds, Need na ma check in.

Renewal of my NP Drivers License

ATTN: If you are renewing your DRIVERS license OR first time to get a drivers license, dont go to LTO office near South Terminal. They no longer entertain those transactions, nasa SM Seaside na sila. Separate sa release of plastic IDS  they have their own office

I really dont like renewing my drivers license, because I hate the part when you give you urine for a drug test.Sometimes, my bladder doesnt cooperate. Last drug test I had, I kept drinking Pocari,since it causes me to pee.  But unfortunately,  I peed  just a little and had a hard time shooting at the container, cause pees has a tendency to scatter.  Anyway, it was 6 :30 am when I  had my second urge to pee. So I placed it on the container, just in case.  Past 7am, I feel another pee coming, so I had to go.

I went to the medical center near LTO main office. I had no problems with urine, so I threw out the container.  Reminder 64 kgs is my weight. The lady didnt believe me when I said 120 lbs...okey, I confess, I was just guessing. P700 for  the medical and drug test. I had trouble reading no. 8 line

Lesson Learned: Google,  Research before renewing

I wondered  why there were few people in the medical center, and so few people at the LTO, They dont process driving licenses anymore, the office was transferred  to SM Seaside. Bummer. I was in LTO last year, they were still accepting.  So many  changes na naman.

 So I took a taxi,P100.50 and  waited for a bit. 9:30am ang opening sa LTO SM Seaside, nasa labas siya, you dont need to go inside the mall. It was quick,  I was  photographed and I signed twice, so I didnt get that part.  Paid P653.00.  Bring 500 bill, . Hundreds, fifties and 1 peso coins by the way.  I only had 1 thousand bill, and  50 bill, and  5 peso coins. I apologized na lang.

It was a quck procedure.  The delay was in the releasing of form.

Requirements for renewal, Bring ballpen, Medical Certificate/Drug Test and oldDrivers License

You will fill up the form (memorize TIN and blood type) , give you a priority number, wait, submit to Window 2 or 3.Then they call you for picture and signature,  after  that payment, then picture, signature and finger prints.  Wait a bit, then  voila,  New NP  Drivers license good for  5 years.

It was March when I finally decided to join 41st GACPA ANC, 2 reasons, 1 Acctg office was given 2 JOs, 2. Okey c Mama. So I purchased a PAL ticket & canvassed for accomodation

Day 1: Departure-Woke at 2 am for the 5am flight. Baon: Mcdo Double Cheeseburger. I used my new grey luggage. I literally carried my bagahe from home to Crowne Regency Hotel, perspiration galore. Lucky a vacant taxi was available right away, it was a quick ride. The fare didnt break P300 pesos
Bad news: The flight was delayed for
over 2 hours, I was too scared to sleep, I just kept on praying. The flight was just 45 minutes, sakay sa Magnum Express , P199, hatid pa sa Ivory Pension House  to leave my luggage.

Bad news 2: Somebody claimed my resibo ngeek. Almost 10 am na when I arrived at Limketkai, the guy had to talk to pips before he gave me my receipt. Then I had lunch at Leylam, opening started at 12 noon. Para fresh, I wore the Gacpa shirt.
Bad news: I didnt win the raffle. Flight back to Cebu was delayed for over an hour.
Bad news: allergy attack on Day 2. Runny nose and sneezing. I got sleepy due to meds
Comments
1. Compared to 2018 in Cebu, there are lesser participants, the venue is big enough to accomodate 2000 people
2. No coffee, I like the snacks,not the lunch& dinner. No contest
3. Lots of stalls sa CR but no tissue
4. I like Ivory Pension House, kaya lang hot water is not free. P5 for a mug full, mahal. At walang bathroom tissue
5. Except for SEC, I like all the topics  since there are only few topic & speakers, the event ended early. 10 am instead of 1pm kaya tambay sa Limketkai
6 . I Like Magnum Express vehicles. Driver is friendly.
7. Madaming questions ,mostly nakasulat sa papel.

Lazy Mode

I havent run for a week. I attempted to use my new NB shoes last Sunday. I got about one hour of slow jog and went straight back home.  I havent seen fun runs near my area for the months of March and April 2019. I hope I get my mojo back. Ayoko ng maging fan, nakaka apekto sa realidad hu hu

Run 711 2019

Thank you  711 for coming back to cebu. I wish I could run the 32 K. My heart is not into long distances anymore.  2:00 am ang guntime, lumampas ako sa 4 hour cutoff, pero okey lang.  Pwede next year ulit, ang daming freebies. So happy to see more runners this year.

CEBU MARATHON 2019

Cebu Marathon 21k Cebu Business Park

I think I went over 4hours, siguro 5 minutes

I registered sa Early Bird. I wasnt sure kaya ko pa. I dont have time to run during weekdays. Still, tinuloy ko pa rin. Then on Jan 6 2019, I had a scratchy throat. ON January 7, I lost my voice, I had cough and colds, of course my period came. I discovered that the pain in my ankle could be caused by high uric acid. The odds are against me. I decided that if its gonna rain on a Saturday, I will not run. I guess God listened to me coz It did not rain. It wasnt even a cold Sunday morning.

I ran, I finished. I survived, I can still walk. Thats All that Matters. Viva Pit Senor! Alay kay Sr. Sto Nino, for my Mama, myself, pemily and for ADN/MC

After the run, I walked most of the way home. Had the usual pains sa chest are while trying to climb a PUJ. Juicemio, the struggle of going home is real.

Sa mga newbies in running, Targettin niyo na ang CCM. Its still the best run in Cebu City. Wala pang nakakatalo nito
